Three Rivers Park District Map - The Three Rivers Park District has the Park and Map Directory and this detailed map (PDF: 1.5MB) showing local parks and trail systems. The Elm Creek Regional Trail runs through Oak Grove Park just north of Liberty Oaks.

The City of Brooklyn Park Parks and Trails Map - This map is on the City of Brooklyn Park site. It is a great map but it is over 40MB and takes several minutes to load with broadband. There are also other city maps at Maps of the City that may be of interest.
